I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, working in our hardware, furniture, and photo stores. This experience gave me an important lesson. Customer service isn\u2019t optional; it\u2019s fundamental to business success.<\/span><\/p>\n

My path into professional training began during my time as a probation counselor for at-risk youth. Developing an expertise in cognitive-behavioral intervention inspired me to bridge the gap between human behavior and organizational success by launching my own firm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now, as the Managing Principal Consultant at NC Consulting, LLC, I help public and private agencies nationwide oversee project management and change initiatives. From initial planning and metrics to training, implementation, and final evaluation, I ensure every phase delivers results.<\/span><\/p>\n
